Ladies, mark the 14-15th September in your diaries for the inaugural Hong Kong Women’s Bible Conference to be held in St Andrew’s Church. Hong Kong has other gatherings specifically for women but in this one, we are focusing on strong bible teaching which helpfully applies God’s word into our lives.
We are pleased to have Dr Rosalee Velloso Ewell as our keynote speaker. Her topic is “Called and Empowered” and she will be speaking from the book of Acts.
Rosalee is a Brazilian by birth but resides in the UK and is the Director of the Theological Commission at the World Evangelical Alliance and the Principal at Redcliffe Missionary Training College. Rosalee is also a Langham Scholar.
Along with the talks on the book of Acts, there will be time to reflect on God’s word, great singing to praise God, deep prayer to ask God to work in our world and in our lives, encouraging testimonies of how God has worked in people’s lives, as well as a choice of a seminar on relationships, on image and identity and helping those with mental health issues. On Saturday we will enjoy a great lunch together.

女士們，請在妳的行事曆上預留9月14至15日，出席聖安德烈堂首次舉辦的香港婦女研經大會。香港曾舉辦過不少特別為婦女而設的聚會，而這一次將聚焦於堅實的聖經教導，好幫助我們在生命裡實踐上帝的話語。
我們高興承蒙羅沙利．尤厄爾（Rosalee Velloso Ewell）博士應邀擔任大會主要講員。她將會從《使徒行傳》宣講「蒙召與授權」（Called and Empowered）。
尤厄爾博士是旅居英國的巴西籍人，是世界福音聯盟（World Evangelical Alliance）的神學委員會總監（Director, Theological Commission），兼紅崖宣教培訓學院院長（Principal, Redcliffe Missionary Training College）。尤厄爾博士更是一位靈風學者。
聚會內容除了《使徒行傳》的宣講外，也會有反思上帝話語，歡唱讚美上帝，深層禱告上帝於我們的世界和生命中動工，激勵人心的生命見證的時間；此外，也有一系列的研討會以供選擇，主題包括：人際關係、個人身份與形像、精神健康保養等。在周六（15日），我們將會共享午膳聚餐。
